1. Once you navigate to the page you will be prompted for a code
2. The IT support agent will provide you with the code.
3. Enter the code given and select connect.
4. This will download a file you need to open.
5. Once you open the file choose yes if prompted and the agent will be connected shortly.

When you want to end the support session, be sure to quit the program.
